Sisters and best friends, Brody and Kelsey, have a number of very cute items in their TagYoureItJewelry Shop on Etsy. I'm especially fond of the one pictured here, but there was a handful of them that I was tempted by as well. One to note? Check out their "Wish" necklace with the dandelion!
